Ok, so “the last indigo” is actually just a poetic phrase I thought of with the cursor flashing in the blank in front of me. It has nothing to do with me really, other than indigo being my favorite color. Though it seems like a far stretch, it was inspired by a quote from a book of adorable things that little children have said at a certain preschool: “And the purple walked sadly away.”
My name is Mandie. I’m a violinist/wannabe composer with a deep love for many things – God, my family, beautiful days, friends, art (especially sculpture and photography). I attend a small liberal arts college in Minnesota. I’ve always loved self-expression through writing, so I decided to make a blog.
